we do not offer refunds or returns unless your item is faulty or damaged. Due to our items being handmade to order and according to your size and preference's.

please check the size charts for each clothing item you are ordering as sizes vary designer to designer. We cannot be held responsible for an item not fitting correctly and urge you to fully check the sizing charts and measure your child before purchasing to avoid any fitting mishaps. 

 

We DO NOT accept refunds of personalised items unless deemed as faulty upon receiving them

 

We will only accept returns from original  buyer and will require proof of purchase
